Our brain injury unit is CARF accredited and one of only 6 units in the country! This unit specializes in rehabilitation for brain injuries. Our specialized team will assist with around the clock care and support at this critical time in recovery. We are here to pay attention to the small details so that your recovery will be successful.

Louisville East Post Acute employs outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities to fit the residents’ needs. We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and family are always welcome to visit and attend our special events.
