Long Term Care

Lousiville East Post Acute provides two long-term care units that focus on a range of services and also supports each resident in meeting their personal care needs. We are here to provide each resident with assistance with the basic personal tasks of everyday life, sometimes called Activities of Daily Living, such as:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Using the toilet
• Transferring (to or from bed or chair)
• Caring for incontinence
• Eating
